The registration fees do not include any meals during the Conference week.

Visa Information

Citizens of some countries, including China, India, Nigeria, Iran and Russia usually require an Irish visa. A Schengen visa is not valid for Ireland as Ireland does not belong to the Schengen area. Neither is a UK visa valid in Ireland. Please refer to https://www.dfa.ie/travel/visas/visas-for-ireland/ for details. You may request an invitation letter from Conference Partners, once you have registered. Please be sure to apply well in advance, as the process may take several months.

Payment Information

Payment must be made in Euros € by personal or corporate check, wire transfer, or by MasterCard, Visa or American Express credit card. Checks should be made payable to: “INTERMAG 2017”. All Conference attendees, including invited speakers, must pay registration fees.

Remember:

All Registrations must be accompanied by FULL payment and must be received no later than 2 weeks after completing your registration.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Please send cancellation requests including the registrant’s name and the invoice number by email to intermag2017@conferencepartners.com Cancellations received before Friday, March 24 2017, 09:00 a.m.(GMT) will be refunded less a €50 service fee. Later cancellations will not be refunded.

Badge Policy

All Conference attendees are required to wear the official INTERMAG 2017 Conference name badge to enter the Technical Sessions, Exhibits and the Reception.

Camera, Cell Phone and Video Recording Policy

Attendees are not permitted to take pictures of speaker slides or posters, or to make video recordings of presentations. Furthermore, attendees are asked to be respectful of their colleagues by turning off all cell phones before entering the session rooms.
